Looking to add some serenity to your life? 🌸

I made this necklace for the Toro Nagashi Festival this summer at the Japanese Friendship Gardens in Balboa Park, and the setting and the event itself were so beautiful and peaceful, my piece of "peace" aligned perfectly.

This sterling silver necklace features a pendant adorned with the kanji symbol "heiwa" (平和), which means "peace" or "harmony”. Kanji is a writing system of Chinese characters that is one of the three scripts used in the Japanese language. 🖌️The kanji character 平 (hei) signifies "level" or "flat," suggesting a smooth, balanced landscape, while the character 和 (wa) represents "harmony" or "peace." Together, these characters beautifully convey the idea of a peaceful and balanced existence, both individually and collectively.

The pendant hangs on a 22” chain and all components are made from .925 sterling silver. Click here to learn about the different metals used to make this necklace.

This piece is part of the LIMITED EDITION COLLECTION.
It's important to note that only one of these is available at the moment. Once it finds its fortunate owner, its presence in our collection will gracefully fade away. 🌬️
